By using this website, placing an order, or submitting a purchase request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase products through it.
Website eligibility and use
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase through the website.
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, introduce malicious software, or use the website in a manner that violates another person’s rights.
Products and intended use
ReadyClinician cards are reflective and educational wellness tools intended to encourage purposeful pauses, reflection, and practical resets.
They are not medical or mental-health advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. They are not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare or mental-health professional. If you are experiencing an emergency, contact appropriate emergency services or a qualified professional.
Please do not submit patient information, student records, protected health information, or other confidential or legally protected information through our website or forms.
Orders and availability
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee that an order can be fulfilled.
We may limit quantities or cancel an order before shipment because of unavailable inventory, pricing or product-information errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, or other reasonable business concerns. If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the applicable amount.
We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, photography, screen settings, and normal manufacturing variations.
Prices, payments, and taxes
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted unless there was an obvious pricing error.
Online payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize the applicable charges.
For institutional purchases, we may accept approved payment methods such as check, ACH, purchase order, or another method stated in a written quote or invoice. Payments made by check or ACH are not considered complete until the funds have cleared.
Customers claiming exemption from sales tax must provide a valid tax-exemption or resale certificate acceptable to ReadyClinician. If adequate documentation is not provided, applicable tax may be charged or become due before shipment.
Institutional and bulk purchases
Institutional and bulk orders may be governed by a separate quote, purchase agreement, invoice, or written communication. Those additional terms supplement these Terms and will control if there is a direct conflict.
Pricing, payment schedules, shipping arrangements, customization, and cancellation rights for institutional orders may differ from standard online orders when stated in writing. Unless otherwise stated in a written quote, purchase agreement, invoice, or other written communication, institutional and bulk orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. This does not limit remedies for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are generally processed within the timeframe stated in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or included in an institutional quote or invoice.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, incorrect addresses, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide notice and the options required by applicable law.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Eligible individual returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery, and products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Institutional and bulk purchases are governed by the separate terms stated above.
Intellectual property
The website and ReadyClinician materials—including card wording, prompts, artwork, photographs, graphics, designs, logos, product names, and website content—are owned by or licensed to Lucerra Partners, LLC and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a deck allows you to use the physical cards personally or with your students, employees, colleagues, patients, or teams, as appropriate. It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.
Without written permission, you may not scan, photocopy, reproduce, publish, upload, adapt, create derivative products from, or distribute copies of the cards or other ReadyClinician content. Genuine decks may be used during classes, meetings, team sessions, or wellness activities, but their content may not be copied for distribution.
ReadyClinician™ and associated names and logos may not be used in a manner that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without written permission.
Support for Amkeny
Statements that a portion of ReadyClinician proceeds supports Amkeny’s medical mission work describe Lucerra Partners’ business commitment.
A ReadyClinician purchase is a payment for goods, not a direct charitable contribution to Amkeny. Customers should not treat the purchase price as a tax-deductible charitable donation unless a qualified tax professional advises otherwise.
Accounts and communications
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
When you place an order or contact us, you agree to receive transactional communications relating to your order, account, payment, shipment, return, or request.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that you have reviewed that policy.
Third-party services and links

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that applicable consumer-protection laws provide rights that cannot be waived.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
