For institutional purchases, we may also collect invoice contacts, purchase orders, tax-exemption documentation, delivery instructions, and other information needed to prepare, process, and document the purchase.
Payment information
Online card payments are processed by third-party payment providers, such as WooPayments and Stripe. ReadyClinician does not receive or store your complete payment-card number. We may receive limited information such as payment status, transaction number, card type, and the last four digits of the card.
When an institution pays by check or ACH, we may collect and retain related payment records, including the payer’s name, institution, invoice, payment amount, check number, ACH or transaction confirmation, payment status, and information appearing in banking or reconciliation records. Our financial institutions and payment providers help process these payments.
We use payment information only to process and reconcile transactions, prevent fraud, respond to payment questions, and maintain required business, accounting, and tax records.
Information collected automatically
When you use our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser, device type, operating system, pages visited, shopping-cart activity, cookie identifiers, and website security information.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile and similar security tools to protect our forms and website from spam, fraud, and automated activity.
Please do not submit patient information, student records, protected health information, or other confidential or legally protected information through our website or forms.
How we use information

- Prepare invoices and institutional pricing proposals
