ReadyClinician™ was created for healthcare professionals and students across disciplines. It can also be used by educators, healthcare teams, and anyone seeking a thoughtful gift for a clinician or healthcare student.

Yes. ReadyClinician™ can support team huddles, retreats, classroom or cohort activities, facilitated reflection, wellness conversations, onboarding, graduation, and professional recognition.

Yes. Healthcare organizations, health professions programs, professional associations, conferences, and other groups may request quantity-based pricing through our Institutional Pricing Request form.

Each ReadyClinician™ deck contains 73 cards: 52 reflection cards, 18 guided action cards, and 3 welcome and how-to cards.

Shuffle the deck or choose a card intentionally. Read it slowly, pause before moving on, and carry its message or suggested action into the next part of your day. You can use the cards between classes, before a shift, between patients, during a team huddle, after a difficult moment, or whenever a brief reset is needed.

No. The deck combines reflection and encouragement with practical reset prompts, such as taking a breath, hydrating, releasing tension, asking for support, or reconnecting with your purpose.

No. ReadyClinician™ is a reflection and well-being tool. It does not provide medical advice or mental-health treatment and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

No. ReadyClinician™ cards are larger tarot-size cards, measuring 2.75 × 4.75 inches. They are professionally printed on premium linen-finish cardstock for a distinctive, high-quality look and feel.

The deck is presented in a protective rigid box designed for convenient storage and thoughtful gifting.

Yes. A portion of proceeds from ReadyClinician™ sales is donated to Amkeny, a nonprofit organization supporting medical mission work in Kenya.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on the order quantity and destination. For individual orders, available shipping options will be shown during checkout. For institutional or bulk orders, shipping costs and estimated delivery will be included in the final quote before the order is confirmed.

Returns for individual retail orders are accepted only for unopened, unused decks requested within 7 days of delivery. Return authorization is required; customers are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Opened decks are not eligible for return. Institutional and bulk orders are final once confirmed in writing and are not eligible for cancellation or return. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the confirmed order, please contact support@lucerrapartners.com within 7 days of delivery and include photographs so we can arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
